Chapter Five

“I wish to go out? I wish to go to my home.” She needed and alarm clock. If she continued to sleep while he slept, she would never have an opportunity to escape. Unless she could get him to relax his guard when he took her from the castle, she might be able to find an opportunity to escape then.

“Why?” His face hardened with discontent, his lovely features becoming a cold mask.

She would need to word her replies carefully, if she was going to get him to relax his guard. “I need to get my clothes.”

“You don’t need them. I gave you jewels to adorn your beautiful body. The safe is unlocked, take all you wish, they are yours. You are now as beautiful as you can possibly become.” Taking her to the balcony he lifted her into the air.

“Where are we going?”

“Out, you wish to go out. Your wish is my command. This is as close as I can come to being a Jennie of a magic lamp.”

Flashing a charming smile that touched her heartstring, she wondered if he was doing it deliberately. Was this a campaign to get her attached emotionally to him, or was he merely adorable when he wasn’t being her captor?

“I cannot go out naked.”

"We will go to a deserted place.”

Kissing her cheek, his warm lips were enough to make her want to make love to him in the air again. How sick was she? She wanted to escape, and she wanted to screw him until he couldn't walk. She stroked down his hot throat that was a paler pink today. Some of the warm glow from last evening was gone. She had been correct; he had fed on someone last evening.

Had he made love to them at the same time? As lusty as he was, he could easily have bedded another, then returned and fucked her. In truth, it may have excited him to do one woman immediately after the other. Being honest she admitted that she really knew nothing about him.

“Do you bed them, when you bite them?”

“I have.” Was his not too revealing answer.

“Even the men you have bitten?”

The corner of his mouth lifted, revealing the edge of his teeth. “Depending on the occasion and the man.”

“What occasion would make a difference, for example?”

“You are feeling curious tonight? Curiosity can get you into trouble. However, I have nothing to hide.” He flashed a smile.
